Wine Nook Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at Wine Nook! We stand behind our products. If your Wine Nook is defective or damaged, you may return your Wine Nook within ten calendar days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in original packaging and include all accompanying accessories AND proof of purchase. Note: engraved items are not eligible for refunds.

EXCHANGES

We will inspect the item upon receipt and notify you that we have received it. We will send out a replacement right away.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then inform you of the status of your refund after inspection. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.

SHIPPING

We will pay to ship for the return of item as well as for replacement.
